Added a script so a stable install of Frodo can be made from ppa:wsnipex/xbmc-xvba-frodo

It is the same script as 2.6.1 with the PPA change accordingly, I have been making this change to the script when I do an install as I have had repeated issues with XBMC Alpha releases.
